WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT OVER 30 DAYS WASH & FOLD: Errors or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. Unless a list of garments accompanied your order, then our count and weight must be accepted. In laundering, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage or against damage to weak or tender fabrics such as curtains or synthetics. If labels are removed or missing, all work is done at customer’s risk. We are not responsible for unmarked dry cleaning items sent in with your laundry. DRY CLEANING: Errors or missing items must be reported within 48 hours. We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suede, leather, silk, satins, double-faced fabric, vinyl, polyurethanes, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts, sequins. For missing items or price differentials, unless a list accompanied your order, our count must be accepted. *Liability shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing your laundry or dry cleaning.
Yes, there is an order minimum of $17.50(14lbs.). There is no fee for actual pickup and delivery of your order.

Services & Deliveries

We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 24-48 hours. Dry Cleaning requires 72 hrs. Same day service is available at an extra charge.
We are open 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm.
Not necessarily. It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry. We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather.
No you do not. Our drivers are provided with laundry scale to weigh your clothes right in front of you. If you are not present when our driver arrives, we will weigh your clothes at our facility and contact you with the weight and price.
No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
All special instructions need to be given during order placement. If you have a particularly fragile or delicate item you should consider hand-washing it at home or dry cleaning.
Yes you can. However; during the fall and winter months, turnaround times may be extended.
Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.
